Diondra Hicks Associate

Diondra Hicks is an associate attorney at Boyd Collar Nolen Tuggle & Roddenbery, focusing on divorce, custody and asset division. She is particularly passionate about how legal matters impact children and families, and this commitment drives her to advocate fiercely for her clients.

With a degree in psychology, Diondra excels at connecting with families—mothers, fathers, grandparents and children—allowing her to understand their unique challenges and provide compassionate support during difficult times.

Before joining Boyd Collar Nolen Tuggle & Roddenbery, Diondra gained valuable litigation experience as an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented companies in consumer lawsuits. This experience has equipped her with the skills and confidence to effectively represent her family law clients in court. Additionally, before earning her law degree, she worked as an investigative paralegal at the Children’s Law Center in Washington, D.C., where she developed a deep understanding of the profound impact family law cases have on the lives of individuals and families.

In addition to her legal practice, Diondra serves on the board of directors for Smart from the Start, a multi-city organization dedicated to supporting families from underserved communities. Through initiatives that provide educational resources and workforce development programs, the organization aims to meet families where they are and address their specific needs.

Diondra’s blend of legal experience, psychological insight and community involvement make her a dedicated advocate for families navigating challenging legal issues.
