BOYD COLLAR NOLEN TUGGLE & RODDENBERY ELEVATES KENNELLY AND WYSS TO PARTNERSHIP

Boyd Collar Nolen Tuggle & Roddenbery is pleased to announce that Jordan Whitaker Kennelly and Megan Pownall Wyss have become partners at the firm.

Kennelly’s practice focuses on a wide array of family law matters, including complex child custody cases, divorce, paternity and legitimization, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications and family violence actions. She is a tireless advocate for her clients’ best interests and strives to provide peaceful resolutions to their cases. Jordan earned her Juris Doctor at Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She has been honored by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, Family Law, and is a recipient of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Custer-Tuggle Award for Excellence in Family Law. She was recently honored by Georgia Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.”

Wyss represents clients in complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce, prenuptial agreements and contested child custody child support cases. She is a skilled litigator with a wide range of experience in child welfare and family law. Megan is active in the State Bar of Georgia and is highly committed to elevating the legal profession. She has held several leadership positions within the State Bar of Georgia in both the Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Division. Wyss graduated with honors from Purdue University and cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Villanova Law Review. She has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and by Best Lawyers: One to Watch® in America, Family Law.
