Shareholder Tina Shadix Roddenbery was recognized by The National Law Journal as a 2022 Family Law Trailblazer. The Trailblazer series spotlights law professionals who are agents of change in their respective practice areas.

Roddenbery was selected for her work in 2006 in drafting a bill to substitute a prior bill that was created to reduce child support payments. After coordinating efforts with two other female family lawyers, the bill Roddenbery and her colleagues drafted was passed into law. The law has remained largely unchanged for fifteen years and provides the basis for judges when awarding child support.
